How to order from us Knotted Nettings

To define the typology of netting that you require it will be sufficient to define:

A) TITLE:
necessary to define the thickness of the net. Greater is the title, higher its specific weight, and so the netting’s resistance will increase.

Depending on the cases, we utilize the:

• a) Title of the basic thread expressed in decitex or deans or in mm of diameter
• b) number of strands or twists which compose the twine
• c) Diameter of the braid

B) MESH DIMENSION / SIZE
There are various ways in which to indicate the mesh size, the conventional way is the one that determines the millimeters (mm) of the half mesh, identifying the distance between the two adjacent knots.

C) NETTING HEIGHT
Identified through the number of meshes or in meters.

D) NETTING LENGTH:
Expressed in the number of orders, or in meters.

• a) number of meshes (ex. 1000 meshes)

E) REINFORCEMENT
The net with single or double knot, can be composed with or without reinforcement.
It is usually requested to specify if it is required:

• a) ‘Double Reinforcement’ or ‘Double strengthened mesh’

• c) If the reinforcement has to be done at the top, bottom or on both netting’s sides.
• d) If you have the necessity to include strengthening in the netting, when utilizing the twine it needs to be indicated the position of the reinforcement: if each 25th mesh, or each 50th mesh etc.

G) NET COOKING
The net is cooked at a predetermined standard temperature, to stabilize the dimension of the meshes, avoiding their alteration during usage.

The nettings can be white (natural color) or they can be dyed in whichever color is desired, having available more than 120 tonalities.

I) STRETCHING DIRECTION
The nets can be stretched by directing their height or length.

L) FINAL TREATMENT
can be achieved by equipping the netting with a special antifouling resin, which increases its consistency and durability throughout time.
